After travelling across the world, we knew that our passion for great hospitality and of course, great coffee was going to be the driving force behind Sinnsro. After years of planning and finding valuable inspiration across countries like Korea, Japan and Thailand we came to the conclusion that we were more than ready to serve quality coffee inspired by true authenticity. 

With passion, drive and experience we commit to serving those in Derry a cafe experience like no other. 

Who Are We?

We are Kimberley and Eamonn, a couple, half from Liverpool and half from Derry. We’ve spent the last few years working on building Sinnsro, to ensure we’re making the perfect place that welcomes everybody. 

We have opened our eyes and palate to food and coffee from even the most remote places around the world. This has inspired us to build a place to bring all of our knowledge, experience and expertise into our cafe, Sinnsro.
